We had a great time managing the top trending #ExchequerEvolution media event last week at The Exchequer Wine Bar Ranelagh.
The Exchequer's new Head Chef Anthony Gaughan, announced an exciting and innovative cocktail and wine menu. The Exchequer’s award-winning mixology team were on hand to deliver several entertaining demonstrations throughout the night. Their new cocktail menu blends traditional Irish ingredients with innovating new flavours.
In addition to a new wine and cocktail menu, a new food menu was unveiled for summer 2016. Head Chef Anthony Gaughan, has injected a new flair and a fine-dining approach to The Exchequer. Guests enjoyed some preview tasters from the soon-to-launch menu.
At the exclusive event that was attended by top Irish bloggers, models and journalists, guests enjoyed bespoke cocktails and new wines served by Head Sommelier, Anne Mari Duggan.
Along with the evolution of their culinary and drinks offering, The Exchequer have also a unveiled a refurbished courtyard and heated terrace. It's the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining during the long, summer nights.
