Electric Brunch at The Exchequer D2

Our client, The Exchequer D2, Dublin’s mixology experts, add another string to their impressive bow with the addition of Electric Brunch. Like New York and London before it, Dublin has become a brunch hotspot in recent years, however The Exchequer D2 will be adding a twist to the now beloved meal.

With a menu designed by new Head Chef Marty Montgomery, customers can expect to have their taste buds delighted at the options available. From the classic Pancake Stack with bacon and drizzled in maple syrup to baked Huevos Rancheros, there is something to suit every taste. The signature Eggs Royale are an absolute must-try addition to the varied menu. With eggs poached to perfection accompanied by smoked salmon, classic Irish soda bread and hollandaise sauce, they have to be tasted to be believed.

The food menu is accompanied by a cocktail menu that includes brunch essentials such as a bespoke Bloody Mary, mixed with top-shelf vodka. Along with all the classic award winning Exchequer D2 cocktails such as The Espresso Martini and The Pornstar Martini, patrons can enjoy the best on offer from Dublin’s premium mixology team.
